Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to return their order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer regulations.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us by email within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
Returned items must:
- Be sent back within 14 days after notifying us of the return
- Be in the same condition as received
- Not be worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Include original tags (if present)
As our garments are pre-owned, signs of wear or characteristics clearly described and photographed prior to purchase are not considered defects.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is incorrect or materially not as described.
We recommend using tracked shipping, as customers remain responsible for returned items until safely delivered.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
We do not offer direct exchanges. Customers wishing to obtain a different item are invited to place a new order.
